It is debatable, or at least comparable. Statistically he has a better completion percentage, fewer interceptions.
His volume is not the same, but that is because of the system, I also believe that Beck has more zip on the ball and throws harder. But as I said Hall also can throw a deep ball pretty perfectly as well, but better passer means a lot of things not just arm strength.
If I remember correctly Beck threw a 92 mile an hour fastball. Not sure what Jaren can throw but he also has a big arm when he needs to.

I wouldnt compare Hall to Detmer, I think he is a better, more athletic version of Senior Year John Beck.

I would bet that Jaren Hall gets drafted similar to where Beck was drafted, but that he will have a better career.
