I’m saying having watched both live in HS and college, having attended practices for both at BYU, having watched all of their snaps at BYU and seeing the development of both over time… Beck is a better passer.
This isn’t a statistical argument I’m making. This is evaluating each in terms of arm talent and vision. Beck developed to throw a better, more accurate ball, see the field better, and to read earlier and better in his passing game. To make lesser receivers look better than they were. Hall could still become better at these things, but he hasn’t yet. But yes, you can certainly make the statistical argument that he has. That’s fine.
