But that assumes the remaining ACC could offer more value to WV, Cincy & UCF
than they are going to get in the Big12 (or could get in a Big12 that adds the best of the remaining ACC). If they can't offer more, than why would WV, Cincy and UCF leave the Big12?

Given their location (recruiting and fan levels), history, and academics, I think GaTech is pretty safe
