You make the mistake of assuming UO or UW have a good place to go.
They simply do not bring in the viewers to justify BIG 10 or SEC admittance. At this point, I think they have no choice to sit tight and stay loyal to the PAC 12 to put themselves in the best spot. I do think the BIG 12 would love to have them but I dont think they are all that excited to jumpy too early.
