That would give the B12 after Texas, Oklahoma, UWV, and Cincy leave a total of 16 teams:

Kansas

Iowa St
Central Florida

7 in the Mountain or Pacific timezone, and 9 in the Central or Eastern timezone. Actually, as much as I want to see Utah left out, it would maybe make sense to also let UCF go to the ACC and have the B12 pick up Utah as well. That would give them 8 in the Mtn or Pacific timezone and the other 8 all in the Central timezone.

Then you could have 2 8-team divisions, East and West. Makes sense to me.
