Depends if the dentist owns the practice. If he does
He’s hiring 10 attractive, maybe not crazy woman that answer and are beholden to him.
If the dentist is a corporate schmuck employed himself, then he has zero input on the hiring process in which case he gets to work with ten random, likely crazy woman who don’t answer to him and where he’s the enemy that only adds to their work. In which case he’s miserable.
