I heard a sad story of 1 dentist doing this. Left his wife for the younger hygienist and then found out the hygienist
was crazy. Split with the hygienist, couldn't get his wife to take him back, and then got into drugs. Got a DUI for driving high and was stripped of his dental license. Basically lost everything for deciding to have an affair.
