Eugene or Colorado Springs.
Slightly higher cost of living, and the Eugene airport might be a bit small, but both areas provide excellent outdoor entertainment, a pleasant 4 seasons, Eugene is reasonably close to the coast, decently strong member population in both spots too.
FWIW, I've lived in both these areas but grew up in ID/UT.
