Companies have also found that giving "unlimited PTO" makes employees take fewer
days off. And then they also don't have to pay out unused vacation days when you quit.
So it's a win-win for companies, mostly a losing situation for employees.
My company started the same thing this year.

Not me. If I had unlimited PTO I'd be finding opportunities to use that every chance I got.
