2019 to Texas, 2018 to Northwestern, 2011 to Utah St
Two of those (Texas and Northwestern) were bowl games though, so maybe you aren't including bowl games? Except that I DEFINITELY don't see how you get to 27 FBS wins without bowl games from 2011-2019.
That's only 9 years with 3 OOC games per year (given the 9 game PAC schedule) so only 27 games total. But some of those were FCS games and there was the Utah State loss.
Looking at it, I see Utah (going into last year) as 23-3 vs non-PAC FBS teams since joining the PAC12 (which is still obviously really good) or 23-6 including last year.
If we take out bowl games, it goes to 18-1 (prior to last season) and 18-3 after last season
