Can't help but feel that isn't accurate; can think 3 OOC losses prior to 2021
2019 to Texas, 2018 to Northwestern, 2011 to Utah St

Two of those (Texas and Northwestern) were bowl games though, so maybe you aren't including bowl games? Except that I DEFINITELY don't see how you get to 27 FBS wins without bowl games from 2011-2019.

That's only 9 years with 3 OOC games per year (given the 9 game PAC schedule) so only 27 games total. But some of those were FCS games and there was the Utah State loss.

Looking at it, I see Utah (going into last year) as 23-3 vs non-PAC FBS teams since joining the PAC12 (which is still obviously really good) or 23-6 including last year.

If we take out bowl games, it goes to 18-1 (prior to last season) and 18-3 after last season
