Agreed - and as long as she stuck primarily to Tolkien's dialogue it was great
when she started riffing her own material - which she mostly had to do to make the fake Hobbit "trilogy" she was just mediocre.
I'm not saying I "hate" it - I'm saying there are far, far better talents out there and it's lame that Jackson just defaulted to his wife.
