It's part of being a responsible pet owner. A dog is a liability from day 1, if
you can't control it, then you shouldn't have it. Some dogs also just can't be controlled. It's not bloodlust, it's real life. Owners who let their out of control dogs do whatever they want are the irresponsible ones that are putting others at risk.
