In his third year in the program, Huntley completed 64.1% of his passes with a 2:1 TD:INT ratio and ran for another 300 yards with 5 non-passing TDs. He also missed some time with injury
Last year (his 4th in the program), Hall completed 63.8% of his passes (for more yards per attempt though) with a 4:1 TD: INT ratio and ran for another 300 yards with 3 non-passing TDs. He also missed some time with injury.
So at that point, I think it's fair to say Hall is ahead of Huntley. Very similar, except that Hall threw a bit further downfield and got more TDs, so definitely better.
That means if he has a huge improvement in performance (as Huntley did), there's a good chance he could be drafted where Huntley was.
I do think Huntley would be drafted higher now and I think Hall has some elite traits that would get people excited and help him but he also has more serious injury and age concerns.
I think Hall definitely has a chance to be drafted (though it would obviously require he improves this season, which isn't unlikely) but I don't think he's a first rounder
