This for me too. My wife doesn't understand why I freak out when my kids take
our scissors to cut wire or other things like that. Its because of my PTSD to the reaction whenever anyone in our house touched my mom's sewing scissors.
That said, my wife doesn't sew or have sewing scissors . . . 😉
