Terrestrial radio has commercial overload. I can't stand it so that makes sense.

When I first learned about satellite radio (back in the day) I actually got excited thinking I could pay a monthly subscription and get "commercial free" sports talk shows. I never subscribed though, having found out they STILL had commercials.

To be fair to radio, I also don't watch any regular TV outside of live sports, for the exact same reason.

Back when I commuted to work, it was AM talk radio every day. I prefer that to music most days. Not really into sports
