that has a big grassy field and have a gate through to that whenever we want to play ball or frisbee. I don't really have use for grass anymore. One more year until retirement and this will be my plan. Rip out all of the grass and make my yard look like that picture.

Problem here in Utah is a lot of builders gave you sod when you built your house so it is so much cheaper to do that up front after you paid so much to get into a house.
