In Utah there is plenty of water for lawns, but we should be more willing to let it go dormant
in the middle of the summer. I think that's really the only change that needs to happen really. If cities are serious about it they can just jack up the price of water in the summer and the results will follow

I’m fine with a well-xeriscaped lawn, but can’t stand people who just put down rocks and call it xeriscape.
