One thought....
Sounds like you have pretty good gig...why start working for someone else? I bet you could hire someone to do a lot of what you are doing and not sell two of your locations. This would free up some of your time to focus on other hobbies or business ideas you may have. Honestly, I think you be unhappy working for someone based on your post. Just my .02.
