That happened to us at an amusement park in Spain
A group of ladies took off their shirts on a log ride, thankfully they were wearing bras as they were all older ladies. My kids thought it was hilarious and couldn’t stop laughing.

We once saw a German lady try on a golf shirt in Moab. Took her shirt off in pro shop and tried on other shirt. No bra.
