Yes, students often need another option to escape bullying, start again, have
opportunities not otherwise available to them, etc.
I do think Charters should play by the same rules as public schools though so they can't just throw money around and be choosy about who they accept. But I do think kids and families need choices.

The complaint is more about taking federal and state money without having to answer to the state on many issues
