The coaches have improved a little, but the biggest factor is the talent on the roster is developing into really good upperclassmen. The upperclassmen that Sitake inherited from 2017-19 were not very high quality, so Sitake went the young rebuild route. There were a lot of growing pains the last 2 seasons while young players worked through mistakes. However, the payoff is now for those young players as they've turned the corner. Coaching becomes secondary when there is a lot of experienced talent on the roster.
