The best news of all is that California
is going to be required to raise taxes to meet its severe budget deficit. The major proposition this year concerns raising taxes on businesses to “make them pay their fair share!” Our legislature is always on the lookout for ways to raise taxes on its citizens. Utility rates are also going up.
