Only had to pay to winterize and for gas and battery. Ours was a 2001 we bought in 2008 for $11,500. It had very low hours on the engine. We sold it for $10,500 after using it for 8 years. I was a teacher back then so I had the summer time to go whenever we wanted. It was all my wife's idea. She even saved up her money for the year from her part time job to buy it. Some of the best family time we had. I miss it now that the kids are grown. Maybe when the grandkids get old enough we will go down that road again.
