Never was I more upset at myself for not sending food back than that time at

Capital Grill. The waitress spent a lot of time convincing me an aged steak was not dry but totally amazing... I’m a pretty big fan of Gorgonzola and that was on it so I was sold...

Well it was dry and totally mediocre... except for the price...

Seriously, I travel for work with an $80 Per-diem and an outback steak is as good as any ... anyone who tells me otherwise needs to read the story of the emperors new clothes

My sous vide at home does better than capital grill

capital grill is a whole step down from Ruth's. I would say Perry's and Flemings are both way better than Capital Grill
