A very important point you made...CBB is a post-season sport
the regular season in CBB barely matters to anyone.
Other than his teams seeming to play zero defense over the years, Rose's greatest flaw to me is just how poorly his teams have fared in the post-season (conference tourney, NIT, March Madness).
The fact that he has NEVER won a conference tourney and his record in the NCAA tourney are huge, huge factors when determining how good of a coach he is.
