You've got it all wrong. You need to determine righteousness by location and...
...calling.
In the "outlying" areas, they are desperate for ANYONE to fill positions. So any old sinner can be in the EQP or other leadership positions.
But if you make EQP or Bishopric in Davis County or Utah County - where it is heavily Mormon and there are a TON of righteous people to pick from - then you know you are the best of the best!
Up where you live, you're just the best of the rest. Sorry, just being honest.
