My one question would be why he's never managed to have FBS experience. Comfort being where he was? Why no aspirations for bigger? If he's so well respected. Some people question why someone like Dennis Simmons hasn't been an OC yet, but that's not even close to something like this. Just curious since so many people seem to know who he is, what he's done, have followed behind him. It makes him sound like he's Mike Leach or something. So curious why his resume is the way it is.

Intriguing at least. I don't know if it's the highest potential, but it's also less likely to be a quick stepping stone since he's already an older guy.
