Analysis of comments about ex-Montana coach Bob Stitt. Good fit for BYU?

I've read lots of articles all over the web about various possible OC candidates and read this about Bob Stitt. U of M's AD Kent Haslam said, "when I had to break the news to him about being let go, he was absolute class. He's been a man of integrity, goal oriented, putting first the development of these young men. He's moved our program forward and always exemplied professionalism. He works tirelessly and is a coach you'd want your son to play for as a role model." He insists on healthy relationships between coaches, coaches and players, and between the players themselves. He demads consistency in players executing their roles and in assistant coaches successfully fulfilling their roles.

Stitt is known for his innovative yet simple offensive schemes that are always adapted to the offensive talent that's available, to what that week's defense does as per film analysis, being offensively unpredictable as to play calling, and for taking various plays from other teams and tweaking them to fit his team's needs.

He's a film room junkie that's always looking for a weakness in the opposing defenses. Considered the 'father' of the modern college fly sweep, his admitted followers include WSU's Mike Leach, Texas A&M's Keving Sumlin, West Virginia's Dana Holgerson, Texas Tech's Kiff Kingsbury and Oregon's Co-OC Marcus Arroyo. His quote "sometimes the simplest but slightly tweaked things make a great play" has found it's way into many coaching clinics preferred topics list.

He is not LDS, (which may be a plus for some BYU players and recruits to indentify with), he has a vision of what it takes to make an offense truly responsive to the situation, has a coaching philosophy compatable with BYU. He is well connected to the college coaching network and may be able to help bring in some excellent position coaches. Currently he's been recruited to fill some HC DII positions. And he may actually be AFFORDABLE!! What do you think CB? Good possible fit for BYU?
