I kind of agree with a lot of what you're saying, but LSU has & will...
...put more players in the NFL than BYU.
Why is that? It's not really coaching or scheme or conditioning or the mental aspects of the game.
As a team, LSU is measurably a little bit faster and quicker in most cases. They're probably not necessarily bigger or stronger or better conditioned in most instances, but they're just a little bit faster and a little bit quicker. That relatively small athletic advantage can pay big dividends on a football field, that's all.

Might as well be. It's not like Houston isn't too far from Baton Rouge, and it's not deep in LSU territory.
