That's great that it works for you; I'm not trying to convince you of anything,
just thought it worth mentioning that everything you're doing can also be done on Dish. Parental controls have come a long way.
With DVR, I honestly can't remember the last time we turned on the TV and flipped channels.
But different solutions work for different people; it's great that there are so many options out there.

Dish does have the best options for streaming on other devices (and away from home) of the traditional offerings.
