they play. I don't judge them on the standard of, well he is playing ok I guess for someone with a hurt back. Nope, if RN says he can go then he is judged by his performance.

And RN sucked. Had perhaps the worst, or at least one of the worst, performances ever by a QB in that BSU game. Wish he would have stayed at USU. IIRC, had one of the worst passing ratings of any starting QB at BYU in the modern era. At the end, even the coaches finally realized he sucked and benched him. His last and only play in the bowl game was a fitting end to his career.
