Might be a pay cut. Nebraska offered him enough to leave same position at UCLA 2 years, after only 1 year at UCLA before that he spent 10 years at Wisconsin. BYU grad, 47 yrs old. Awesome guy with long history at P5 schools. Has a daughter going to school at BYU.
