I don't shower in the morning, I shower after work. In my line of work showering
Before is a waste, because I work with stinky dirty hairy animals. I just get dirty and they don't care how I smell. Gotta shower after to get al the gunk and hair off of me.

I did cold showers for a month. Not an easy thing, especially in the winter. You never get used to it.
