I took my wife to the New Mexico/BYU basketball game on our first date in 2010. We were already going to go out on our first date that evening but I had an extra ticket so I decided to just invite her to that for our Pre-date activity. We lost that game and it was a heart breaker and she saw how i acted but it somehow still worked out. All my friends said "if she can see you after a very emotional BYU loss and stick with you then she is a keeper" She did stick with me and we got married a year later on the day Jimmer scorched utah at the huntsman center.
