get a call to go through. The location/geofencing service was even worse. Our kids would be down the street at a friend's house and we would get notifications claiming that they were several cities away, which was kind of unsettling. When we tried to get support they just told us to delete the parent app on our phone and reinstall it over and over. My brother had similar issues with them. There are cheaper options out there that work much better.
