I read OP as who “will be” not “should” so my bad. Having said that (lol), Leavitt is significantly better than JR and

most other conference QBs and with Tyson back they are still going to be in the hunt. And they beat BYU this year. But we don’t play them and with transfers and graduations and defections that might neutralize things if we meet up in the CCG

I guess I’d have to say BYU should be the favorite with those other teams listed in the running
