My money is on Texas Tech. They took positive steps this year and recruited
well by any standards.
Over time, I think a Texas school is going to emerge as one of the two or three most consistent teams in the Big XII, and I think Texas Tech has the best chance of being that team.
I also expect Baylor to be a top 4 team in the Big XII next year. Don't know who they're losing/bringing back, but they finished very strong and had a solid year overall at 8-4.
