Spend a little more and get one of these -
They are tremendous. It's silly how much better they are than everyone else for the money right now. Made by a small shop in china. To get something comparable from someone else would cost you $2k+.

The Yamaha is a good choice. Don't know as much about Breedlove.

Yamaha FG 800 is a solid choice. You also might want to consider Fender CD-60S
