I'm not so worried so much about W/L as I am about level of play
ASU outplayed Texas for 3.5 quarters. Simply coming out on the losing end, especially considering the non Targeting call, doesn't carry a ton of weight with me in the discussion about whether they were properly seeded. But I can also see why someone might think they were a couple of spots too high.
