He’s started to get a liking for working out (even though I have zero). He’s doing more soccer and wants to get better, but he’s not a self-starter. He’s also getting a little round due to some medication changes.
So dad (me) is going to run drills with him, and run them at the same time. Both do weight lifting. Both do agility training, endurance, etc.
It’ll be helpful for me, yes, but it’ll be huge for my sons health, and that’s more than enough motivation for me.
