I mixed two different over the counter sleep aids, Melatonin and Tylenol PM
and ended up with permanent tinnitus
I later leaned that sometimes the combination of several different medications can damage hearing 🙁

I had this happen this past spring. Ringing is still there, so likely permanent now. FIL also had same thing.
