...I've ever seen, and I've snorkeled all over the Caribbean and Hawaii. If you're a regular, it sounds like there are some good spots if you keep going back. Maybe we just picked the wrong excursion.

In Cozumel, I highly recommend swimming with dolphins. It was the highlight of our cruise.
