This same group made a total of 2 three pointers between them. Hard to believe that BYU was ahead after 3 quarters. But it’s true. Because there is actually one division 1 worthy player on this team and that is freshmen Gibb. 9-15 with 5 threes.

BYU hiring Mama Whiting out of high school to get what was supposed to be a super player in her daughter hasn’t panned out at all and is likely to end up a black mark on the AD office. I just can’t see her surviving long at BYU as she was not ready or qualified for the head coaching job.

We will see if she can improve the shooting woes which have been somewhat masked by a great inside player last year and a very good shooter this year. Would be super surprised if this team wins more than a few games in the Big 12.
