Two key pieces of evidence:
1) look at his comments. He repeatedly has said so much;
2) even better evidence is the track record. KY has no problems using $ to recruit into the program guys that want NIL $. Kalani is bringing in guys from SUU, etc. Don’t think for a minute we couldn’t be bringing in top portal prospects if we were willing to pay up.
