I get it. It’s distasteful to pay these guys bidding in the portal, especially when your guys are working hard and you’re trying to build a culture that where you earn what you get.

But for now this is reality, and if you want to compete in the B12 you have to get proven guys through the portal.

Filling needs with guys from SUU and Weber is not going to cut it over time.
