True, but that logic is less JUCO based and more on not having any eligibility limits at all
Which is distinctly possible that we eventually end up there, but that's a different discussion.
The argument made here was that NMMI is analogous to the US Service Academy Prep Schools. Which is an interesting question. The prep schools are effectively how servic academics redshirt and they aren't degree granting institutions...but they do play against junior colleges
