Since you've never even had a 4k and $600 is your budget, I recommend getting a

non-OLED 4k TV for less than $600 and maybe some day down the road you get an OLED. Technology will be better by then anyway. Start saving now and enjoy your new 4k TV that will wow you, then prepare to be wowed again 5-10 years from now when you upgrade again.
