I sway between both:
France has three cities I just love: Paris, Bordeaux and Nice. I could live in Nice or Antibes.
Italy has several that I love as well, namely Florence, Turin and Positano.
But I am more versed in French so it's a bit easier for me there than Italian, but it would be great to get good in Italian, as it is a language that seems to flow well.
