2. I need HR approval to split up my paid parental leave into 2 chunks. This is permissible and written in policy but requires sign off with anticipated dates. 2 months and crawling through 5 levels of HR management and still no approval. I think I am finally close. Thank goodness I started this process well before the baby arrives. Absolutely insane.
