While the towing and parking tickets in Provo are definitely predatory. . . If you pay it, they are more likely to do it again. (Cops giving a warning vs a ticket for speeding)


But maybe I am still bitter because I had a girlfriend at BYU that had parents pay her multiple speeding tickets (plus rent/tuition/food/spending money/car payment)

I on the other hand got about $1300 total support from my parents for college.
